De sfeer is landelijk, luxe, warm. Aansluitend aan de woonkamer bevinden zich 2 slaapkamers. 1 met een 2 persoonsbed en 1 met een stapelbed. Ook de ruime keuken met oven en vaatwasser is op deze etage gelegen alsmede de ruime master-badkamer met dubbeldouche, bad, toilet en bidet. Wasmachine en wasdroger zijn ingebouwd.
In de woonkamer bevindt zich ook de sfeervolle trap naar de 2e etage. Hier zijn 2 ruime slaapkamers aanwezig met beide een 2 persoonsbed. 1 slaapkamer heeft een balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Ook heeft deze etage een badkamer met douche en toilet. Aircondition in de 2 master bedrooms.
