Welkom in onze ruime vakantiewoning gelegen in de Vlaamse Ardennen. Met plaats voor 12 personen, een gigantische leefruimte en een grote afgesloten tuin met terrassen is dit de ideale plek voor families met kinderen, vriendengroepen en sportverenigingendie comfort, gezelligheid, ruimte en privacy belangrijk vinden. Het vakantiehuis bevindt zich op wandelafstand van de Gavers, Stiltegebied, Bosberg, bossen, prachtige wandel- en fietsroutes en tal van bezienswaardigheden.
Achteraan de woning bevindt zich een lichte en bijzonder ruime leefruimte van 100 m², perfect om met de hele groep samen te ontspannen. De open keuken is volledig uitgerust met twee koelkasten, diepvries, vaatwasser, oven, microgolf en alle nodige huisraad, zodat je gemakkelijk voor 12 personen kan koken. In het salon geniet je van een grote zithoek en tv, terwijl de chillkamer en het bureautje extra ruimte bieden om te relaxen of even apart te zitten. Een pelletkachel zorgt voor warme gezelligheid tijdens elke periode van het jaar.
Voorin de woning ligt een gezellige tweede living, ideaal voor wie zich even wil terugtrekken met een boek, een spel of om rustig te ontspannen bij de pelletkachel. Deze ruimte is bovendien uitgerust met een comfortabele slaapzetel, wat het de perfecte plek maakt voor gasten die liever op het gelijkvloers slapen of minder goed trappen nemen. Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich drie gezellige en ruime tweepersoonskamers, elk uitgerust met een comfortabel dubbel bed, airco, lavabo en handige opbergruimte. Dankzij de rustige ligging van het slaapgedeelte en de praktische indeling geniet je hier van privacy, comfort en een ontspannen nachtrust.
Op de tweede verdieping bevindt zich een ruime zolderkamer, ingericht met vier éénpersoonsbedden en twee extra uitschuifbare bedden. De kamer beschikt over airco, voldoende opbergruimte en een aparte speelhoek, waardoor kinderen en jongeren zich helemaal kunnen uitleven. Een ideale plek voor samen spelen, lezen of rustig ontspannen na een dag vol avontuur.
Het huis beschikt over drie comfortabele badkamers, verspreid over de verschillende verdiepingen, zodat iedereen genoeg ruimte en privacy heeft. Op het gelijkvloers vind je een badkamer met douche, bubbelbad en toilet, ideaal voor ontspanning na een dag in de natuur.
