Particularly interesting position, as well as for the excellent tranquility, for the geographical location that allows you to easily visit both Umbria and Lazio. Swimming pool (6x12 - max depth 2.10) equipped with deck chairs, tables and umbrellas and children's pool (4x4 - depth 1.20). Laundry room (washing machine). An Etruscan tomb can be visited near the pools. On request and to be paid on the spot, additional 5 additional movable sofa beds are available (Euro 100 bed / week). Parking near the villa. Access to the property through an automatic gate.
