Summary: Villa Chiarenza Maison d'Hôtes was a stunning century old pensione with antique decor, beautiful artwork, and amazing views. We loved the owners who were extremely welcoming and helpful. Even though they don’t speak English, we were able to get by on our limited Italian and Spanish. The homemade breakfast changed daily, and was freshly made from local ingredients. We had a double room with two twin beds and a queen. It was nicely decorated with some Italian treasures and paintings. It was ideal for our family of three, including a 4 year old. The hotel is closed to many attractions. We wished we could stay there longer.
