Villa la Verde is a delightful villa neslted in the greenery, and located just 3 km from the Umbrian village of Pietralunga, the "city of truffles".
Surrounded by a private fenced garden with lawn and several plants, the property boasts a panoramic terrace from which you can admire the wonderful valley. The terrace features a deck chiar and a dining table, ideal for having alfresco lunches/meals while enjoying the surrounding landscape.
At a lower level of the garden there is a beautiful pool with a rounded shape (8 x 6 m, depth 150 cm), open from May to October, and equipped with sunbeds.
At guests' disposal also a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, and a private uncovered parking for 4 cars.
