Villa Chiara is located in a panoramic position on the hills of Manerba del Garda. The Villa is semidetached (two under one roof), surrounded on three sides by its own private garden of 1.700 m2, from where you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains.
The big covered patio features a dining table, allowing you to eat al fresco the food cooked on your barbecue; the sofas are perfect for your summer siesta in the shade while enjoying the view.
In your private big garden you can also find a round swimming pool (5,70 meters diameter, water depth 120cm), where your children can play safely and you can refresh yourself, sun chairs and a barbecue to cook outside.
Inside the Villa you can find a living room with a large sofa that can be easily be transformed into a double bed, the kitchen area with dishwasher, working table and dinner table; two steps lead to a large aisle, from which you enter the two bedrooms, each of them with a double bed; there are two bathrooms, each of them with a shower; there is also a third room, to be used as wardrobe room.
