The first floor is completed by a bathroom equipped with shower, sink, bidet and WC. The villa has air conditioning in all first-floor bedrooms and in the ground-floor living room.
A staircase leads to the lower floor of the villa, where there is an additional bedroom with a sofa bed for two people.
The lower floor also includes another bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, WC, and a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The private pool of the Villa is available from May 1st to September 30th.
